USA Campaign 2010 - Update #11

Playing with Englishman James Ward in the doubles in Manta Ecuador, Greg and James forced the pace at 3-3 in the 1st set, breaking their opponents Ricardo Ghedin and Sebastian Rieschick to go 4-3 up. They held for a 5-3 lead, before serving out the set 6-4.
They started the 2nd set on fire, breaking twice to go 3-0 up, but then had their own serve broken to go to 3-1. But their opponents were unable to make any further in-roads, Greg and James holding to go to 4-2, then breaking Ghedin and Rieschick, to serve out the the set 6-3 and win the match 6-4, 6-3.
Greg said the tournament is well run, like an ATP tour event and the amenities and hotel are very good, with an excellent view of the coastline from hotel, situated above the beach at the top of a low cliff.
